MGIMS (Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences) has released notification for MGIMS PMT 2016 entrance exam. This exam will be conducted on 17th April 2016 at Nagpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai & Kolkata for admission in MBBS 2016-17. Candidates will be selected as per their merit in entrance examination. 10+2 students who are appearing in their March/April 2016 board examination
Age Limit – Candidates must attain the age of 17 Years as on 31st December of admission year.
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have passed 12th examination under 10+2 system from a recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually in each subject in first attempt. Candidates, who are willing to apply for MGIMS PMT 2016, must obtain minimum 50% marks together in PCB.
Examination fee – Rs.5000
MGIMS PMT Exam Pattern – Exam consist two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Exam duration will be 3 hours for each paper. Paper 1 has three subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 60-60 questions. This mean there are total 180 multiple choice types questions to get 180 marks, 1 question=1 marks. Second paper is Gandhian Thoughts carrying 60 marks for long and short answer type questions.
MGIMS PMT 2016 MBBS Selection Process – Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit obtained in entrance examination held on 17th April 2016.

How to Apply for MGIMS PMT 2016- Candidates may obtain prospectus and application form with syllabus and other details by paying Rs.5000 examination fee personally at the cash counter of Dean’s office.
