MBBS Course Duration
The college offer 4 and half year’s academic study followed by one year of compulsory rotation resident internship. The course is divided into three parts; pre medical, para medical, and clinical subjects.
- First MBBS: 1 year
- Second MBBS: 1 and the 1/2 Year
- Third MBBS: 1 year
- Third MBBS: 1 year
Candidates must finish their one-year rotatory internship in order to successfully complete the MBBS programme. During the internship time, candidates will be given hands-on experience in how things actually work.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission
The candidate will be admitted to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Course only after qualifying an eligibility criterion.
- The candidate must be 17 years old on or before December 31st of the year in which they apply for admission to the MBBS Degree Course.
- Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Education (10 + 2) examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% (in the case of SC/ST & OBC 40%) and have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Botany & Zoology), as well as a pass in English and Mathematics.
- In addition, candidates must pass the NEET organized by NTA with valid results and rank. Candidates must have received at least a 50% (or 40% in the case of SC/ST and OBC) in the NEET-UG test.
Admission Procedure
Students will be admitted to medical college on the basis NEET merit list and the above-mentioned qualifying standards. The qualifying examination is followed by the college’s viva voice.
Candidates for PG programs admission, on the other hand, are chosen based on their NEET-PG score. Candidates must get at least the 50th percentile in NEET-PG to be considered for MD/MS admission.
Applicants must undergo centralized counselling offered by the MCC of DGHS in order to be admitted in this college. Candidates failing to fulfil the eligibility criteria will not be enrolled.
