Widad University College is private university of Malaysia. It was found with the formation of Institute Fitra on 24^th December 1997. University was fully owned by a private company Bumiputera company named as Shahputra education Sdn Bhd. Later it was renamed as Widad University College in mid of 2016.

Widad University College MBBS Duration

MBBS course duration at Malaysia is five years. MBBS is divided into two parts, pre-clinical and clinical training. First two years of MBBS focuses on basic medical sciences and early exposure of clinical aspects in theoretical form. It is known as pre-clinical phase of MBBS.

Rest of the three years is dedicated to clinical training. Clinical training is further divided into two phases.

First phase of 1 year – In first phase, students will learn clinical skills through observation, theory, lab practices, etc.

Second Phase of 2 years- From second phase, students will work as a medical trainee in university’s clinical departments to gain real time experience and become a skilled Doctor.

• Candidates must have completed 12^th standard education or equivalent certification education from a recognized board. They must have secured at least 70% marks in Biology, chemistry, Physics or Mathematics.
• Indian candidates seeking MBBS in abroad are required to qualify NEET exam.

  Widad University Intake Process

Widad University College provides admission to the students once in a year. Intake process will be started from September every year. Aspiring students seeking admission in Widad University are required to fulfill the criteria set by the authorities. Students have to fill the application form and attach all required documents/certificates.

Application charges are non-refundable. You have to pay first semester fees in advance after receiving letter of acceptance. For subsequent semesters fees must be paid on the commencement of the semester.

Candidates shall have to undergo through interview or entrance exam conducted by the university.
