About Gujarat Ayush UG Counselling
On www.medadmgujarat.org, a PIN for online registration can be obtained by paying Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) and Rs. 10,000 (refundable security deposit) online.
Following online registration, candidates must schedule an appointment in advance for document verification and submit self-attested photocopies of their documents to the Help Center.
During the registration process, candidates have the option to choose the date and help center for document verification. On Sundays and public holidays, the help center will not be open.
For Local Quota:
Candidates who wish to apply for local quota seats at the Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research (SMIMER), Surat, or Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, should do so. In addition to registering online, the candidate needs to have a certificate from the dean of the relevant institution proving that they are a local student in Ahmedabad or Surat. To do this, they must get in touch with the relevant college.
Only for NRI Candidates:
They must deposit a demand draft of Rs. 10,000 in the name of “ACPUGMEC, payable at Gandhinagar” as a processing fee at the ACPUGMEC office at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar only, following their online application.
For self-financed colleges’ 15% All India quota seats in BAMS and BHMS programs:
Students who have passed the 12th Standard (Science Stream with B / AB Group) from any examination board in India and who qualify according to the All India Rank in NEET-UG 2025 and who meet the requirements of the Ministry of AYUSH, the Government of India, and the relevant council may apply for the 15% All India quota seats of BAMS & BHMS courses in self-financed colleges.
Eligibility Requirements for Gujarat Ayush Counselling 2025
In order to be eligible for Gujarat Ayush UG counselling 2025, applicants must qualify for all the following criteria.
- Candidates must have graduated from Class 12 with majors in English, physics, chemistry, and biology/biotechnology from an accredited educational board.
- Applicants in the general category need to receive at least 50% of the possible points. On the other hand, the unreserved category requires a minimum of 40%, while the physically disabled category requires 45%.
- As of December 31 of the year of the test, the candidate must be at least 17 years old.
- Candidates must have domicile of Gujarat.
- Candidates from NRIs who qualify the NEET UG exam are also eligible to apply.
Gujarat Ayush Counselling Process 2025

Online Registration & Documents upload:
To acquire a pin online, applicants must go to the official website. To create a password, candidates must enter their NEET-UG and 12th grade information, among other details. Applicants must upload the required documents as per requirements.

Payment of Tuition Fees:
The candidate must pay the required tuition fees for his chosen institution within the time frame set by the ACPUGMEC, either online or by cash or DD at any of the recognized bank locations.
Original Document Submission & Admission:
For admission confirmation, the candidate must present the original paperwork (per his category, as stated in Annexure in point 3), the Allotment Letter of the relevant Round, and the Receipt of Tuition Fee Payment at the designated Help Center.
Under no circumstances will the candidate be admitted if he does not pay the required fees and provide original documentation.
