Karnataka AYUSH Counselling 2024, which will be administered by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), provides prospective students who wish to enroll in BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS, and BNYS courses under the state quota with a simplified admissions procedure. A thorough education in traditional medical systems is ensured by the AYUSH courses’ curriculum, which complies with the guidelines established by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) and the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). Through the online counseling process, candidates can apply to Karnataka’s government and private AYUSH colleges.
In the first week of September 2024, registration for Karnataka AYUSH Counselling 2024 has been started open after the results of the NEET test are announced on June 14th.
The UGNEET-2024 qualifying standards for admission to UG AYUSH courses (Ayurveda, Unani, and Homoeopathy) have been dropped by 15 percentile across all categories by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, GOI. The KEA online registration portal is operational due to the decline in the qualifying percentile for UG AYUSH courses.
Please be aware that only Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates are eligible for these categories.
Applicants are now advised to read the Information Bulletin UGNEET-2024 and comprehend the eligibility requirements, seat classification, and eligibility to claim such seats prior to applying online for admission to Ayurvedic, Unani, and Homoeopathy courses in the state of Karnataka.
