About KCET Exam 2024

Registration for KCET Exam 2024

Eligibility Criteria of KCET Exam 2024
The following KCET Eligibility requirements should be completed by candidates before completing the KCET Exam 2024 application.
For B.Tech
- Qualification: Candidates must pass the 12th grade or the second PUC, or an equivalent exam from any recognized board.
- Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 45% of the combination (i.e., 40% for SC/ST/CAT 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B).
- Subject: Candidates’ 12th grade mark sheet must include Physics and Mathematics in addition to Chemistry, Biology, and Biotechnology, and English with one of the languages.
- Appearing: Those who appear in their 12th year may also be eligible to apply.
For B.Arch
- Qualification: Applicants need to graduate from a recognized board or institute with a 10+2 or 10+3 diploma.
- Subject: Candidates must take math, chemistry, and physics as required subjects.
- Appearing: Applicants who have completed their 12th grade may also be eligible.
- Score Card: Applicants for the NATA 2024 exam need to have a current rating card.
For B.Pharm
- Qualification: Candidates must have a high school diploma in pharmacy or its equivalent from any recognized board, or have passed the course of study.
- Marks: A minimum of 45% of the possible scores (or 40% for the reserved class) must be received by candidates in their qualifying exam.
- Subject: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics are required courses for admission to the B. Pharm program.
- Appearing: Applicants for KCET 2024 Exam may also be final year or 12th appearing candidates.
For AH & B.VSc
- Qualification: Applicants must have passed the examinations for grades 10 and 12, or their equivalents, from any recognized board.
- Marks Criteria: Candidates must pass their qualifying exam with a minimum score of 50% (or 40% for those in the reserved category).
- Subject: The qualifying exam must cover English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Appearing: Candidates who are going to pass class 12th in the year 2024 can also be eligible to apply.

Application Fee for KCET Exam 2024
Candidates who fall into any of the following categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 500 in order to apply online for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test 2024: GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, or 3B; CAT-1, SC, or ST candidates must pay a maximum of Rs. 250; and candidates who have completed their second PUC (Class 12th / Intermediate) outside of Karnataka must pay Rs.750.
