About UP Ayush UG Counselling 2024
BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS admission in Uttar Pradesh will be organised online through AYUSH NEET. It will be separated into two categories: 15% All-India Quota (AIQ) and 85% state quotas. The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will be handling the counselling for the 15% AIQ seats, whereas the Department of AYUSH Uttar Pradesh will handle the counseling for the 85% state quota seats.

UP Ayush NEET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The following are some of the necessary conditions that every medical candidate must meet in order to participate in the UP Ayush NEET Counselling:-
- Age Rquirements: Medical aspirants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the academic year for Ayush admission.
- Domicile Requirements: For apply to Ayush admission in Uttar Pradesh, applicants must be an official citizen of Uttar Pradesh.
- Academic Qualification: Medical students must have finished their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as obligatory subjects.
- Minimum Marks Requirements: For the general category, a minimum of 50% marks must be scored in PCB. A minimum of 40% marks is required for the SC/ST category, and 45% marks for the PwD category.
How to apply for UP AYUSH Counselling?
Step 1: Applicants who are interested in Ayush counselling should visit the official counseling website at https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in.
Step 2: Log in using your NEET UG roll number and application number.
Step 3: Candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs. 2,000 online. This payment may only be made via this link: https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in.
Step 4: It is important to note that the registration fee must only be paid once and covers the Candidate’s participation in all rounds of counseling. The registration fee is nonrefundable.
Step 5: If the candidate wishes to participate in a particular counseling round, they must complete the preferences for that round.

Step 1: Registration
- Candidates must register for UP AYUSH counselling online by going to the official website.
- The registration process consists of several phases, including filling out the form, uploading the relevant documents, and paying the counselling fees and security money.
- Only candidates who have paid the requisite registration fees and security money are considered for the counselling rounds.

Step 2: Declaration of the State Merit List
- After the registration procedure is completed, the authorities issue the Uttar Pradesh AYUSH counselling state merit list for each round of counselling.
- The state merit list includes the names of the applicants in order of rank.
Candidates with names on the merit list are eligible to participate in the choice-filling and locking process. - Applicants can obtain the printable version of the state merit list of Uttar Pradesh AYUSH counselling from the official website of DGME Uttar Pradesh.
Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking
- Following the announcement of the merit list, the counselling board publishes a list of institutions and their seat intake on the official website.
- Applicants have to choose their course and college and lock it before the deadline.
- Applicants must select colleges in the order of their preference.
- The seats are allocated depending on the preferences expressed by candidates.
- Applicants are able to fill out and lock their choices by signing into their account on the official website.
Step 4: Physical Document Verification at Nodal Centre
- Applicants must appear at the nodal center for physical document verification on the specified date and time.
- The applicant has to provide a set of all the original documents listed above, as well as one copy of each certificate.
- If there are anything unusual in the submitted documents, the candidate’s application would be suspended.
Step 5: Seat Allotment Rounds
- The counseling board does three sessions of counselling: Round 1, Round 2, and finally the Mop-up round.
- If seats are empty after the initial three rounds, the stray vacancy round is held.
- If an applicant want to participate in the next round of counselling after the first round is completed, he or she must enter new college options each time.
- Only those applicants who were not given a seat during the first or second rounds of UP Ayush UG counselling or through the 15% AIQ would be eligible to participate in the Mop-up/stray vacancy round.
- After admission through the second round of counselling, unfilled seats in the next one are filled using the state merit list provided during the second round.
- If seats in the reserved category or subcategory remaining unfilled throughout the mop-up round, they will be transformed into the relevant category in order to complete admission.
Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted Institute
- If the applicant is satisfied with the seat given to them, they must report to the allotted institute on the specified date.
- To secure their seat, applicants must pass further admission requirements.
- Those students who do not report on time may result in the cancellation of the seat.
Note:
Applicants who do not sign up for the very first round of the UP AYUSH Counselling are still eligible to participate in the next stage. During this round, applicants must choose their institutions again, and the selected students must follow the same procedure as in the first stage.
