The full form of the medical degree “Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery” is commonly known as BAMS. This degree implies a five-year study in the ancient Indian medicinal system known as Ayurveda. Step-One – Registration:

Once the data is verified, continue on to the next stage. At the time of registration, the candidate must provide his or her personal email address and cell phone number, as an OTP will be given to those addresses and numbers.
Applicant’s registered mobile number and email address cannot be modified during the UGMAC (Ayush) Counselling process under any circumstances once they have been successfully confirmed and registered.
After successfully signing up, the candidate will be notified via their registered cell phone number along with their email address.
After that, the applicant must log in to their account providing their email address and password, and then continue with the remaining steps to finish their online application form. The candidate is required to keep the password that was provided in the application.
Step-Two – Academic & Personal Information:
After successfully registering and activating the account, the candidate should “Sign in” to his account and then fill out the appropriate academic, personal, and contact information on the computer screen. Then, click the “Save & Continue” option.
Step-Three – Upload Photo and Signature:
After providing personal information, the candidate should scan and upload his or her passport-sized photograph as supplied in the NEET-UG online application form, as well as his or her full signature in Hindi and English (not in capital letters). After uploading the photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” option.
Step-Four- Educational Information:
After submitting the scanned passport size applicant’s photograph and signature, the candidate should fill out his or her educational details on the next section of the application and click the “Save & Continue” option.
Step – Five- Preview your application:
After providing educational information, the candidate must verify all of the information he or she provided in steps 2, 3, and 4.
If any data is found to be incorrect, the candidate must select the “Back to Edit” option and make the necessary revisions. The candidate should then click the “Save & Continue” button to ensure that the information entered has been changed.
Once the preview of the application form is confirmed to be correct, the candidate should enter his or her Declaration and click the “Proceed to Payment” option to submit the counselling fee as outlined in Step 6.
Step- Six- Payment of Counselling Fee:
After checking out the online application form for submission, the prospective student must select the “Proceed to Payment” option and follow the instructions on the computer screen to finish the counselling fee payment process.
Counselling fees are non-refundable. BAMS candidates must pay a non-refundable registration/counselling cost of Rs. 1200/- (one thousand two hundred only) for UNRESERVED/EWS/BC/EBC students and Rs. 600/- (six hundred) exclusively for SC/ST/DQ students via online method only. There are only four modes available for payment: credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI. In addition to the counselling fee, the candidate must pay a processing fee when paying online.
Note:
- If the amount paid as a counselling fee is deducted from your account but the fee transaction fails, you must re-pay the requested full fee and ensure the payment.
- If your required counselling fee cannot be found in the Board’s account by the due date, your application form will be incomplete and you will be ineligible for the counselling process.
- Your unsuccessful transfer amount from your bank account will be refunded to your bank account with in 24 hours.
Step -Seven Downloading of Application Part- A & Part-B:
After paying the counselling registration fee by the scheduled date and time, the candidate must download a hard copy (Parts A and B) of the online submitted application form and keep it secure in his the ownership because it consists of all of the applicant’s details as well as the UGMAC-ID generated by the Board of Directors for further use during counselling.
