The Haryana BVSc counselling 2025 Mop up round is hereby scheduled for any remaining open seats on November 29, 2025, for the benefit of all applicants seeking admission for the academic year 2025–2026.
Participation in the Mop-Up counseling is open to all applicants who have applied to LUVAS. Additionally, qualifying NEET-UG 2025–26 applicants who did not apply for admission to LUVAS in advance may participate in Mop-Up counseling by paying $14,000 and registering on-site. On-site registration must be completed before 10:00 AM.
After that, counseling will begin based on the combined merit list (list of candidates who have already registered plus list of candidates who have registered on the spot). The Haryana veterinary counseling fee and non-refundable application processing must be paid by bank draft made payable at Hisar to “Registrar, LUVAS, Hisar” in accordance with the information below.

Haryana BVSc Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must have reached the age of 17 by December 31, 2025, at the latest. Applicants cannot be admitted if they were born on or after January 1, 2026.
- All candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from an accredited board with primary subjects English, physics, chemistry, and biology/biotechnology.
- All candidates must have 50% marks in class 12th except SC category candidates. Candidates in the SC category will be eligible to apply for admission if they receive at least 47.5% of the possible score in all four of the aforementioned subjects, which is a relaxation of up to 5% of the General Category requirements.
- For Haryana BVSc admission under state quota, management quota and related private colleges, all applicants (apart from NRI and foreign nationals) must pass the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) NEET (UG)-2025 exam.
Haryana BVSc Admission Process 2025
Registration Process:
All applicants must apply for the counselling process for BVSc admission in Haryana state on the official website https://admission.eluvas.in. For particiapting in the Haryana BVSc counselling applicants must complete the application process.
Counselling Process:
Candidates must be present in the Auditorium of the College of Veterinary Sciences, LUVAS, Hisar, for seat allotment, document verification, and other admission procedures in accordance with the schedule posted on the university website; otherwise, they will not be eligible to be admitted. In this regard, no separate letter will be sent. The position will be deemed empty if the candidates fail to pay fees and other charges on time.
Seat Allocation Process:
The Haryana BVSc program’s seat distribution is determined on the results of the NEET UG exam 2025. If two or more applicants receive identical scores on the NEET (UG)-2025, the merit will be determined using the All India Ranking found on the score card.
Additionally, if a candidate declines admission or does not show up for their scheduled slot on the day of counseling, they will forfeit the rights to admission.
However, if the position is still open, these candidates might attend counseling on a different day. Mop-Up Counseling will not be available to candidates who have been admitted to COVS, LUVAS, or any of the associated private universities.
Documents verification & Submission:
At the time of counseling, all original documents must be checked and submitted in person, along with self-attested photocopies. the necessary paperwork, a medical fitness certificate, a registration form, and a deposition of fees and other costs.
The following documents must be deposited in person with the Admission Committee at the time of counseling, together with two sets of self-attested photocopies. Failure to present any of the original documents will disqualify the candidate from admission.
Candidates applying for admission based on their NRI status must present properly documented and verified photocopies of their passport, eligibility document, NRI/citizenship certificate, or any other legitimate document.
