Eligibility Criteria of UP NEET UG Counselling 2025
- Only applicants who passed the NEET UG 2025 exam and were registered for the exam would be considered qualified for the UP NEET UG counselling.
- The candidate must be an Uttar Pradesh state in order to be admitted to the MBBS and BDS programs at all of the state’s medical colleges, self-governing state medical colleges, universities, institutions, dental colleges, and minority institutions. For this purpose, candidates who have passed the intermediate or equivalent examinations from Uttar Pradesh in addition to their high school diploma won’t need to provide a domicile/usual residence certificate.
- In case an applicant is a native of Uttar Pradesh and has passed either or both of the high school or intermediate exams administered outside the state, they must present the Domicile/Usual Residence Certificate in the format specified by the government.
- It is not required for candidates to be Uttar Pradesh natives or to have passed the state’s intermediate and high school exams in order to be admitted to private medical, dentistry, or minority colleges or universities. Individuals from other Indian states who have completed their high school and intermediate exams are also eligible.
Note: It is necessary for applicants in the General category to receive at least 50% of the possible points in their Intermediate test. However, a 40% on the Intermediate test is enough to meet the NEET qualifying requirements if you belong into one of the following categories: OBC, SC, ST, or PWD.

Seat Reservation of UP MBBS Counselling 2025
