Before completing the application, applicants who want to be admitted to the Haryana MBBS program are advised to review the eligibility.
- The candidate must to be an Indian citizen. Applications for Haryana MBBS admission 2025 are open to NRI, OCI, and PIO candidates.
- The applicant needs to be an authorized Haryana resident.
- As of December 31, 2025, the medical candidate should be 17 years old.
- English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and Biology must be completed as core subjects by students who have completed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognized school.
- Students who are general candidates must requireably pass each of the mentioned subjects individually with an aggregate score of at least 50%. PWD students must receive 45%, while applicants from the reserved category must receive 40% overall in all subjects.
- Candidates must qualify for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Exam.
- In order to be eligible for NEET, candidates must score the minimum qualifying percentile of 50 in the general category, or 40 and 45 in the case of SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidates.

Haryana NEET Counselling Process:
- Based on the mop-up round, which will be done manually, the first two rounds of counselling for Haryana MBBS/BDS 2025 admission will be done online.
- For the particular round of Haryana NEET-UG 2025 counselling, new online registrations will be approved.
- After a specific Haryana NEET 2025 counselling round, Haryana will release the merit list based on the applications received by DMER.
- Private, dental, medical, and assisted-learning institutions will receive a separate release of the Haryana Merit List 2025, which will be completely divided.
- The choice-filling procedure is required of applicants who make the merit list for admission to the Haryana MBBS/BDS program.
- Based on the candidates’ choices and the Haryana merit list 2025, seats will be distributed.

How to Apply for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2025?
Step1: The candidate must visit the official website.
Step2: Select the option viewed “New Registration.”
Step3: Personal Data: After a successful account activation and registration, candidates must enter their personal data. When completing the application form, make sure all the information is accurate.
Step4: Upload Photo & Signature: The candidate must upload a high contrast passport-size photo (taken with a placard bearing their name and the date of the photo shoot) and their fully completed, correctly scanned signature in both Hindi and English (without capital letters) after submitting their personal data. Once your signature and a photo have been uploaded, click “Save & Continue”.
Step5: Educational Information: Once the scanned photo and signature have been uploaded, the candidate must enter their educational background on the computer screen and select the “Save & Continue” option.
